Return Policy for Holiday Lighting

Special Holiday and Seasonal LED Lighting Polices, PLEASE READ:

 

Holiday LED Lighting Warranty

The Holiday LED Lights you are purchasing are among the best in the industry. However, they are designed for seasonal use. Consequently they are covered by a Three Year Limited Seasonal Use Warranty. Should your lights fail within one year from your purchase with E3 Living, you may exchange them with us by contacting us and requesting a return authorization. If they fail after the first year from the date of purchase, they may be shipped directly to the manufacturer, along with proof of purchase. They (at their discretion) will replace them with a comparable set or refund the purchase. This warranty is not valid if your lights are damaged resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. The warranty is valid only for the LED light and specifically excludes the electrical wiring. If you need a copy of your invoice please contact us. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order please email us right away through our Contact page. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be refunded the amount of your order less shipping. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please email us from our Contact page.

 

Holiday Lighting Return Policy: As is our normal policy we will items requested for return within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization. However, shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Additionally, (this is important) we can not accept returns that have been unpacked or installed. Unless approved in advance, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to the restocking charge unless prior approval by E3 Living is received.

 

Important Note: Lights purchased for the Christmas Season will not be accepted for return after December 24th even if it is within the 15 day return time policy. Lights purchased for Halloween season will not be accepted for return after October 28th even if it is within the 15 day return policy. In the instance of a defective product, only the defective product may be returned.

 

Clearance, Closeout items: We may offer some of our Holiday Lighting products at Clearance or Closeout during and after the Holiday season. These discounted Closeout purchases are final and may not be returned. However, defective items can be replaced if stock is available, or alternatively a refund can be issued.
