The fill valve regulates how much water goes into the tank from the supply line. Many tanks have the old fashioned ball float connected to a rod.  When the tank fills with water the float rises to a point where the intake of water stops. Our One2Flush fill valve eliminates the floating ball and rod by replacing it with a self enclosed float inside the valve mechanism.
