All information is 100% confidential, and under no circumstance will we EVER rent, sell or give away your email address for any reason. While visiting our website you will find occasions where we will ask if you would like to add your email address to our newsletter and special promotions list. We utilize an OPT-IN best practices method of obtaining your email address. That means we will only use your email address for our newsletter and promotions if you give us permission. And you are always welcome to OPT-OUT as well which will permanently remove your email address from our marketing database. We will still have your email address to communicate with you regarding your order, but that is it.
If E3 Living is ever sold, it is likely that our assets would be acquired by the company that buys us. Assets to be transferred in an acquisition would likely include all of our database information, including customer information.
If we are requested to release customer information in order to comply with local or federal law, or to protect somebody's rights or safety, we certainly may do so. Also, if we believe fraudulent activity is occurring, we may need to share your information with investigators to protect yours and/or our property.
Marketing and Advertising
We make every attempt to provide factual and accurate product and pricing information for our products. Much of our product information comes from the manufacturer's marketing and technical materials and we are not liable from any errors that result in their mistakes. If you feel that a product is being misrepresented please let us know and we will investigate and if necessary remove that product from our website or revise the description. Our prices also change periodically and are always subject to change. Additionally, we can not be held for errors in pricing. If we find a pricing error we notify you and you will have the option to purchase the item at the corrected price, or cancel your order. We can not be held responsible for errors that result in these discrepancies we do appreciate them being brought to our attention. Sometimes we run out of stock of an item and will substitute a comparable or higher quality product for that item.
Placing an Order
We'll typically ask you for your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card information so that we may process and send out your order as soon as possible. Your e-mail address (and sometimes your phone number) allow us to contact you about the status of your order. Sometimes we ask how you found us, or if you liked us, or feedback questions of this nature. We do not use this information to contact for any other purpose than activities related to the order you placed. As previously mentioned, the email address we use to forward to you special offers and our periodic newsletters or other information is provided separately and includes an opt-out feature that permanently removes your email address from our newsletter database.
We attempt to ship all orders within the next two business days. Arrangements have been made with some of our suppliers to drop ship your order directly and may require extra processing time. If an item is out of stock, special ordered or requires extra processing time you will be notified of this. All orders, unless otherwise noted are charged at the time of order.
Periodically E3 Living will offer sales or promotional coupons for discounts or other offers. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the coupon code (if any) upon checkout. E3 Living cannot provide coupon discounts once a purchase has been made. Additionally, during sales events, we can not offer discounts on previously purchased items.
Secure Website Ordering
Whenever you place an order at E3 Living payment is immediate, unless otherwise specified. You'll be using a secure server, which encrypts all of the information you give us with one of the highest levels of security available, before it is even sent to us, preventing any unauthorized access. When the website is in the secure mode during checkout you will notice that your browser turns green and there will be an https in the url address. If you do not see this it could be an indication that the website is not secure and you should contact us immediately prior to entering your credit card information. How We Use "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small information files that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive and are necessary to store information during your shopping experience. Our cookies help personalize your visit and allow you to store items in your shopping cart between visits and allow us to remember your user name and e-mail address so you don't have to enter it every time you visit the site. However, if your Web browser does not accept cookies, you can still visit and use our store. You will likely need to temporarily turn on "cookies" in order finish your shopping experience.

Allowing third-party cookies
Even if you already have cookies enabled, third-party cookies need to be enabled as well for some Google settings (for example, the SafeSearch lock) to work. The default setting in Safari is not to allow third-party cookies, but following the steps above sets Safari to allow them.
Secure Transactions Using SSL Technology
E3 Living encrypts your name, address, credit card number and any other personal information using SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology. SSL, the industry standard for secure online transactions prevents unauthorized access to your information so that your credit card number cannot be stolen or used. In addition, your credit card information is deleted from our databases on a daily basis. When placing an order you can always tell if you are in a secure section of the website if the first few characters of the website address (url) begin with: https:// and the browser bar is green.
